After a c-section having some abdominal support during the first week or two of healing makes a world of difference! I like the tri-velcro design of the Momcozy binder, as it allows you to adjust the compression for abdominal support. This also comes in a regular and petite fit for my shorter-torso moms.
Cupping is helpful for c-section scar healing by improving tissue mobility and blood flow. I prefer to use the soft silicone cups rather than the plastic cups. Pelvic Floor

These bands are great because they don't roll and pinch skin during use. I tried many bras on and this was my preferred running bra while I was breastfeeding.
