Every woman’s journey is unique — your care should be too. At Haven Pelvic Health, each session is personalized to your body, your goals, and your stage of life.

Services Provided

  • Your first visit is all about getting to know you — your story, your symptoms, and your goals. We’ll begin with a thorough review of your medical history and a full-body movement assessment to understand how posture, breathing, strength, and coordination are impacting your pelvic floor.

If indicated and with your consent, an internal pelvic floor muscle assessment may be performed to evaluate strength, length, and coordination. You’ll leave with a clear understanding of what’s going on, plus personalized strategies to start feeling better right away.

    Duration: 60 minutes

  • Follow-up visits are focused on steady, meaningful progress toward your goals. Each session includes hands-on techniques, individualized exercise progressions, and education so you can confidently continue your healing between visits.

Sessions may include manual therapy, pelvic floor muscle re-education, breath work, and/or movement-based strengthening — all customized to your stage of life and activity level.

    Duration: 60 minutes

  • Receive expert pelvic health care from the comfort of your home. Virtual visits are perfect for busy moms, new parents, or anyone in Florida who prefers the flexibility of online care.

During your session, we’ll discuss your symptoms, review movement patterns, and guide you through self-assessments and exercises — all with the same level of personalization as an in-person visit.

    Available to Florida residents only.

    Duration: 60 minutes
